Specialist of the Internal Medicine Service at Germans Trias Hospital

Specialist. Doctor of Medicina. Member of the HIV Unit and responsible for the Proctology consultation, from where he works closely with the General and Digestive Surgery Service. He has a practice where he sees HIV patients or with any other pathology. In inpatient setting, he is an interconsultant of HIV-infected patients receiving care in other hospital services. His line of research is focused on infection by the Human Papillomavirus, and more recently, HIV-associated neoplasia. He is assistant professor of clinical practice of the UAB.
