To carry out procedures regarding consultations, visits and interventions you can do it through the following forms:
 

• request for the list of visits made in a center during a period of time
• request for the date of inclusion on the surgical waiting list
• request to know the forecast about a surgical intervention
• request for successive visits and rescheduling of a visit

   

In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled visit or test and need to request a new date and time, we recommend that you do so by email at: visitescex.germanstrias@gencat.cat.

 

Please note that if you do not notify us of the need to reschedule the visit or test, and you do not attend, it will be cancelled.
