Responsible for the Addiction and Clinical Research Units of the Internal Medicine Service at Germans Trias Hospital

Specialist. Doctor of Medicina. Responsible for the Germans Trias Addictions Unit, focused on alcohol abuse. He works in ambulatory care and the admitted patient setting. He is also responsible for the clinical research Unit of the Internal Medicine service. The lines of research on which he works are focused on studies of multicentric cohorts of substance abuse patients. He is tenured lecturer of Medicine at the UAB and co-responsible for the Pathophysiology and Clinical Semiology course. He has a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
