Graduated in Medicine from Universitat de Barcelona (UB). Specialist in Thoracic Surgery at Hospital Clínic. Doctor of Surgery and surgical specialities from the UB. Since 2010, specialist in Hospital Germans Trias. With A-grade Advanced Study diploma from the UB for the research project Factors predisponents al Síndrome de Distress Respiratori de l'adult post-pneumonectomia (Predisposing factors in Respiratory Distress Syndrome of the post-pneumonectomy adult). Member of the Spanish Society of Pathology of the Respiratory System (SEPAR), the Spanish Society of Thoracic Surgery (SECT) and secretary of the Catalan Society of Thoracic Surgery. Areas of interest: lung cancer, minimally invasive surgery, pleural pathology, meadistynic mediastinal tumours, pathology of the thoracic wall and hyperhidrosis.
